Items ship within 2-10 business days from purchase. Each item is made by hand and to order, and will be processed in the order in which it was received. Please contact us for inquiries on rush or expedited shipping.

All items ship from Brooklyn, New York. All prices are in USD. 

We do not authorize purchases on this website for re-sale. To become an approved retailer, please contact us at shop@lauralombardi.com.

To guarantee the authenticity of your purchase, we recommend customers to always buy product either directly from our website or from our retail partners listed on the Stockist page.


Domestic Customers: All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation tracking and insurance. International orders are shipped USPS first class. For shipping upgrades please contact via email prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.

International Customers: Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, and USPS estimates international delivery to take in between 6 and 10 business days, we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office.

Duties and Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.

Shipping times are estimates.

We do not refund for packages lost in transit.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Laura Lombardi Jewelry, and will incur a reshipment fee.
