Please find answers to frequently asked questions,  information regarding shipping policies and how to care for your jewelry below.

SHIPPING

Items ship within 2-10  business days from purchase. Each item is made by hand and to order, and are processed in the order in which they are received. Please contact us for inquiries on rush or expedited shipping, more often than not we are able to accommodate!

All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation. International orders are shipped USPS first class. For shipping upgrades please contact via email prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.

Attention International Customers: Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner, and USPS estimates international delivery to take in between 6 and 10 business days, we can not guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For delays this long in shipping, please contact your local customs office. International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.

We do not refund for lost or stolen packages nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

Purchases are final. Exchanges and credits are accepted until 5 days after item is received. Sale or discounted items, or Custom/altered/personalized items are non returnable/eligible for exchange. In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc) involved in the returning of the item. Item must be sent back with it's original packaging and with receipt of purchase. Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND REPAIRS

Due to the nature of vintage materials, very slight variances in color or marks of age may be present in your jewelry. Please expect the color, texture and tone of your piece to vary slightly from the items depicted in photographs. All items are made from vintage and new brass materials, or gold plated brass.  In some cases brass jewelry can acquire a darker color/patina with frequent wear. To prevent patina, wipe your jewelry down with a polishing cloth and store in a secure and dry place after each wear. If you wish to remove patina, simply use a jewelry polishing cloth to wipe down the piece of jewelry, or a fine grade (000 grade) steel wool to gently buff deep and stubborn patina from the surface of your jewelry. Do not buff or wipe gold plated jewelry with abrasive materials like the ones mentioned above.  

Each piece of jewelry is constructed by hand and therefore is very delicate. Please care for your jewelry by keeping it out of water, not wearing it whilst showering or exercising, and by keeping it in a secure, dry place in between uses.
